In this photo brian is tryin to cheer peter up from him losing his car in a checkers game against a 5 year old child,so brian comes up with an idea to cheer peter up from an extremely embarassing defeat.brian goes to dress up then does the peanut butter jelly time dance,then peter is still not happy then he gets up and leaves, to go eat the all the food in the house.
